gJanitor is a Gmail storage analysis and cleanup service. We help you understand what's taking up space in your Gmail account and optionally help you clean it up.

Our service works in two parts:

• Free Analysis: We scan your Gmail (with your permission) to show you what's using storage
• Paid Cleanup: If you choose, we can help delete emails and attachments to free up space

To use gJanitor, you need to:

• Have a valid Gmail account
• Grant us permission to access your Gmail through Google's secure OAuth system
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate information when using our service

You can revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings.

We take your privacy seriously:

• We only access your Gmail data to provide our analysis and cleanup services
• We don't store your emails or attachments on our servers
• We only keep statistical information (like "you have X emails from sender Y")
• We never share your personal data with third parties
• All data transmission is encrypted

Our pricing is simple:

• Analysis: Always free
• Subscription: $5/year for unlimited cleaning access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The subscription gives you unlimited access to cleaning features for one year.

While we do our best to provide a great service, we can't be held responsible for:

• Changes to Google's Gmail API or policies
• Temporary service outages or technical issues
• Any data loss (though we're very careful!)
• Google account suspensions or issues
• Internet connectivity problems

Important: While we take every precaution, email deletion is permanent. We recommend backing up important emails before cleanup.

Please use our service responsibly. You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our systems
• Use our service for illegal activities
• Share your account access with others
• Overwhelm our service with excessive requests
• Use our service to spam or harass others

You can stop using gJanitor anytime by:

• Revoking access through your Google Account settings
• Simply not using the service anymore

Due to the immediate nature of our cleanup service, refunds are generally not available once cleanup is completed. However, if there's a technical issue on our end, we'll work with you to make it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Showing a notice in our app
• Emailing you if we have your contact information

Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new terms.
